Chaeto Bulb

I finally purchased a 26/100Watt CFL from Wal-Fart today.

I will see if it improves my Chaeto growth. It is a 6500K so it should be good.

I was wondering why I have never read anyone saying to use a 100 or 150 Reveal Bulb since they are full spectrum bulbs. You would get all the colors so you can't miss anything.

I could not find a flood like this only the CFL so it is in the silver cone of reflection.

Well, those reveal bulbs are lower in lumens than the cfls, meaning it's not as bright. I've actually bought those bulbs before to use as regular lighting, and they suck. Plus I don't see the kelvin ratings on their packages (I've spent many many hours at the lighting section of walmart and home depot LOL I've inspected dozens of lighting packages, looking specifically for the kelvin rating, but most don't list it.
