Calcium Test

I currently have the Red Sea Calcium test kit. The kit says to stop adding the part C drops once the liquid turns the end color on the card (blue). However it never really reaches the color that is on the card. Its more of a really dark purple/navy blue, not light blue on the card. Once it changes from pink, to that dark color, thats it right?

Yuo I think I have the same test kit when mine turns blueish purple instead of blue thats.

I have the same test kit,seems way over complicated.I had to do the test 3 or 4 times before I was comfortable with the results.At first I couldn't get it to change to blue,thought maybe my calcium was off the charts,.since I added no supplements that couldn't be case.

Gonna find me a different calcium test,I don't trust it.
