I just picked up one of these from the diver's den & can't wait for it to arrive - will be one of my first corals! Does anyone have one of these? Any advice? From what I've found online, it seems I should keep it in lower light, medium flow, and target feed each polyp. Would it be right to feed it once every 3 days or so with frozen mysis? Thanks!!

Australomussa rowleyensis colonies from Timor Indonesia put this coral on the map

Low light, low flow and I would try and target feed weekly. Im not sure if this is going to turn out to be a good beginner coral, but good luck with it!

Thanks Hannah! Yeah, I wondered that too, but it was gorgeous & hard to pass up, and I know I have the right lights and flow for LPS/SPS so decided to give it a shot. There isn't anything else in the tank that can harm it, and as long as I can find an optimal spot for it I think it will work out. Right now I'm thinking I'll put it in a shaded area inside my arch to protect it from high flow and light. Fingers crossed!
