Yes they appear to be the same. It didn't look like they had the optics though so it would be a wider shine with less penetration.

They are the same but you may not get the two year warranty eBay seller and for the extra $2 I would go strait to the vender. Now if it were a $50 savings maybe I would risk the third party but not for $2

Are the optics a big deal? I'm gonna have them on a 29 gallon and then two on a 90 gallon.

I would want 90* optics on the 90g for sure if you are wanting any light demanding corals or inverts down low or on the sandbed.

You can order them with custom optics, and if you don't order them and decide you want them later you can buy them and change them out.

Arctic-T247 LED unit? Does it also have the 90" optics? It does not say on the website, it also has a timer built in and only one power cord.

Yes exactly the same light except for the added features.

Are you looking for a full spectrum with red and green? If so, Aliexpress is going to be the cheapest, you're not paying the middleman's markup. ;)

Just to make you aware the timer is only to turn on/off the two channels. They don't do the intensity intervals like the photon(Reef Breeder) series or the IT (Evergrow) series.
