Sooo got home late last night from work. 80% of the diatoms on my rocks and sand were gone. Decided to do a test this morning. 0 Ammonia, 0 Nitrite, 0-5 Nitrate. Did they tank fairy bless me or what?

Congrats! Don't get discouraged if the diatoms come back at some point... Just know that they won't stick around for long, and as your tank matures they will be come less frequent.

Now should i do a water change or wait another week? If so How much of a change should i do?

When was your last water change? You should get in the habit of doing them regularly every week or two, 10 to 20% of your tank's volume.

Water change was about 2 weeks ago. So i should do about a 20% change then?

Yep. Just start doing them at regular intervals.
