What are you water parameters? And those corals tend to go thru stages where they shrink up and look terrible in order to shred their outer layer. Make sure it has some flow around it, but not too much.

I've used it for a lil over a year, and i like the product, and my corals seem to love it. They all have better extensions, growth and color. Just continue to use less than the recommended dosage, or it will cause algae issues.

I'd go with the bartlet anthias'... they are very colorful and active.

What type of lighting do you have?

+2 Dennis... fire shrimps won't attack a healthy fish, nor a healthy, shrimp eating starfish. How did you/ your wife acclimate the new additions?

+1 Erin... leaving the lights on wouldn't have done it. I leave my lights on 12 hrs every day, and my refugium light stays on 24/7.
