They've got you covered...I got rid of all of mine by siphoning most of them with a turkey baster and then using flatworm exit.

Yep, you can cut the leather off the rock with a blade, and try attaching it to another rock.

Soft corals let off chemical warfare with each other, so with your corals being so close together, they may be fighting with each other. Try separating them and running some carbon to absorb some of the chemicals floating around in your tank.
