    From my experience, the more you move them (intentionally or otherwise) the more pissed off they are. I think they are mad they ever got moved and then twice more in your tank. Leave them be and they will stop PMSing long enough for you to enjoy their beauty :)

    You hear my pistol snap all of the time, Especially at lights out. He just goes nuts. Its sort of fun to listen to him, but thats cause the tank is in my livingroom...I dont remember who it was that didnt sleep for like a month because their tank was in their room and the pistol shrimp drove her...

    Im with you, I am still confused as to what happened to your tank, if there was a mass gas pocket that was disturbed, wouldnt there be something that would have caused it to be disturbed? reaquascaping? Something?

    Need Suggestion on Lighting.

    To my understanding any lights will cause algae growth. Its your timing and your CUC that keep them in check.......I may only be 1.2 right here though
