Thanks but I'm having trouble finding just one bulb. I clicked the link and it just downloaded the light info to my phone. I went to the website and couldn't seem to find single bulbs.

Look what my hubby bought me as an early bday present! I have been eying this hammer at the lfs for months! Woo!

So as my early birthday present, my husband brought home a beautiful pink hammer coral that I have been admiring at our lfs for MONTHS! However, I noticed, while it was sitting in its dip, something was in one of the mouths of the coral. I thought this was very strange and I had my assumptions...

This may help. How To Remove Sea Anemones - YouTube

Have you tried to gently massage the foot? It may take a little time and lots of patience but it should release its hold on the rock. You could also point a power head in the anemones direction to increase the flow and make the nem want to move from where he is at.
