Started this build a little while ago and figured it was time to post here. The tank has a 20 gal sump and my husbands 14 gal zero edge plumbed into it for added stability for both tanks.

I have moved from Clarksville tn to el Paso tx. I brought everything with me and i am glad to report that I had no fish or coral death! New pic of my display nano in the new house.
Update time. I move in a week so I consolidated everything I have to 2 tanks for now.

Have you done a water change? Sometimes for no apparent reason, zoas will close up and open again in a few days.. keep an eye on them, if they aren't melting away then I wouldn't worry.
Found this guy in the bay in Port St Joe FL a few weeks ago. He seems pretty docile, he's in my fowlr tank right now but he and my striped hermit are going into my 30 gal sump after the move since they are so large and I know the striped hermit will get huge.
I'm pretty sure thats what I have. If I had to do it again, I would get something a little finer. The bigger grain sands seem to trap food and detritus and cause nitrates to stay high-ish.
