Water changes will help considerably, also I would agree with the cheato. I dont have a fuge, so its just in my main tank but it is very helpful. Honestly I think with the RO water, cheato and maybe upping your water changes to once a week will help you out.

Honestly they are new to the tank, I wouldnt worry about it, all of my fish were the same way when I got them. Give them time to get used to their new surroundings, it could take a while but they will get over it and come out more

When I first got my pair of clownfish, they didnt even have much of the black stripes on them. You could see their spines as well, however over the past few months as they have gotten bigger the black stripes have gotten prominent and their little spines werent so visible.
