Can I get an opinion on this pest algae? If its Bryopsis I've heard good things about raising mag or H2O2 blasting with an aptasia x syringe.

That's the worst. We had a blizzard last year and while my house tank was fine, my office tank got down into the 50*'s which killed my pair of clowns. The insult added to injury was the damn storm was named Nemo.

+1 it should work, why not just throw it in the sump tho? I would take the time and money and make an upflow algae scrubber.

I would leave the clowns towards the end as they will bully anything you add after they become established. Otherwise seems like a good list, you will need to find/train mandarins to eat frozen unless you add pods frequently.
