CUC advice for 55L nano cube

Hi there. How long has your tank been set up? Why are you looking to increase your cuc? Are you having an issue? I'd go for a few different types of snails. Cerith, nass, astera (sp). Variety is the key.

    Pink Dots

It's not harmful or helpful. It's just coralline algae. Looks pretty on your rocks. Annoying on the glass. Comes in many different shades of pink, purple and reddish.

    Clear glass background?

I like the clear glass look too and I tried it for a while, got sick of looking at my hob skimmer and cords. Soooo glad I painted it. BUT, everyone is different.

    Pink Dots

Coraline algae. You'll need to use a razor blade. They even have these blades that attach to magnet cleaners. Very helpful. Ug, how I hate the pink dots.

Purchased a 14gallon BioCube, and some goodies.

+1 Aquarian. I used a filter pad on the screen of middle chamber, changed it a couple of times a week when I had my 14 gallon. It's not necessary but it's nice to catch some junk, you just have to change it frequently or it'll cause a nitrate problem. But you don't need to be treating your tank...

Purchased a 14gallon BioCube, and some goodies.

I would not be adding chemipure or anything while cycling. Or at all.
