Yeah sometimes angels are like that. I couldnt get my bicolour to eat until I put live brineshrimp in the tank. After that he ate like a champ but eventually perished. He was also in a 30g, but I honestly think he needed more space. Live aquaria used to have him listed @ 30 but now it is 70 so...

They are pretty but ive never had one. If you put the angel in the 30g that would most likely be the reason for them not making it. Best of luck with the wrasse though

I would get around 33lbs more rock (dry is cheaper) and do some water changes. Fish really shouldnt be added until after the cycle, but since they are already in there start changing water.

white is for coral growth, blue is for coral sexiness :) I have three blues to one white, things grow slower but im content with it.

more blue light will make more coraline grow.

what test brand do you have? I had an api test that said my alk was something similar to yours. Im sure it was a bad test since everything in the tank looked pretty happy and others on this site informed me that with alk that high my corals and such should be melting. got another test kit and...

I would say you are close if not there already. Remember its not the sump that matters so much, but the amount in the tank since that is where they live. You also have to remember that some of your fishies are going to get big and mean someday. In the end though, I would guess its your choice.
