    Well after losing my tomato clown of 12 yrs I decided to get another clown. I chose the Gold stripe maroon clown. I had one that coexisted with my tomato clown for eight yrs. He die a few yrs back. Here is some pics of him. As you can see he`s already picked out my 12 yrs old bubble coral...

    Death of a tankmate

    I`ll be getting another soon as I cant imagine a reef without a clown.I`m going to get a gold stripe maroon as I had one a few yrs back. He lived to be eight yrs. Again thanks everyone.

    My tomato clown died last nite. He was the first fish I got when I started this hobby 12+ yrs ago. He will be sorely missed. He shared in all my tank adventures.

    Lighting

    I run mine 11 hours a day. I have VHO lighting though and not high powered lights like you have. I run mine from 10A to 9 P. Just try to keep it as closer to nature as you can.

    What Should My Next Fish Be?

    I choose tangs but to reference my vote it will need to be either a yellow or a yellow eyed kole tang. IMO the only two that will go in a 75 gallon tank.

    I have a bullet goby and a pink spotted goby and they do OK in my reef.

    They will grow back provided water parameters are pristine.

    Definitely very aggressive. Your LFS was making a sale. You have to temper their advice with that.

    I `ve had two of them. I had no problem with them. Fish, inverts or corals were not bothered by them.
