    Marinne's Reef

Lol on my list they're usually 20-30$ unless you get into the really crazy colors. Standard mark up on fish stuff is usually 300%. So, if it's 20$ for people, it's sold for 60$. And I wish there was stores by me that sold any trachy for 40$ lol. Usually for one of that color (at stores around...

    I sent you a direct link to a 5 headed frogspawn for 45$... lol. I'd hardly call 5 heads a "frag" 0_0

    Marinne's Reef

Get some of their utter chaos palys. The price has dropped a lot on them. 30$ per polyp is a lot better then the initial 79.99$ lol (And that was for 1 friggen polyp. Shit was crazy!)

So, if you order a few things, it can turn out to be like 5$ shipping per thing (if you budget correctly :p). Trust me, when ordering...

    Marinne's Reef

If you do decide to do that idea, go to reefcleaners.org and order some of those barnacles for the tank. Gives the fish great places to hide and will also help cut down on any aggression. http://www.reefcleaners.org/aquarium-store/food-dry-goods <-- They are relatively inexpensive and do...

They can be lol. And most Gobies are fine if you can get a male and female pair. Or, have a large enough tank for them to be able to escape each other when they feel uncomfortable/threatened. Here's a cool idea for you! Make a firefish only tank. Do normals, purples, and the helfrichi! :)

    Marinne's Reef

You could always go a unique route. I know of a guy who decided to make Goby specific tank. He had like 22 different kinds of Gobies lol. Was actually kind of cool to see them all swimming around :p. Some kinds can only have one type, while others will tolerate each other without a problem. You...

My First Saltwater Tank! 46gal Bow Front

I'm doing the same as Mario in my 75. A 150 and 200 running it just fine. Also, Angels tend to nip at certain corals. I wouldn't add a Angel to a reef tank (Unless I was willing to deal with some casualties)

My First Saltwater Tank! 46gal Bow Front

That is a pretty strong pump for a 46 gallon tank lol. What size are the return lines? 3/4"? 1"? Only one return line? Two? I have a 9.5 running in my 60g cube and had to replace the single nozzle with a T and two 45s. Otherwise it was like a power washer blasting back into the tank lol. And try...

    70 Gal build

Long polyp leathers are also good for movement. The polyps extend quite a bit, and they are very easy to manage. :)

    Sarah's new 60 gallon!

It gets easier right around 5. Once they can go to school, you start to get some form of a life back lol. Until then, live vicariously through your husband. :p

Bacteria Bloom then? Got any pics of the cloudy water? Also, what size sand did you put down? I noticed that my cube was hazy for a while too until the finer sand got pulled down into the sump.

Cloudy water can be a sign of a ammonia spike. Params?

    Marinne's Reef

Looks awesome. But holy crap. Is that a AI lighting up your sump lol!?! I really like the rockwork. Some nice places for coral placement, as well as plenty of open room for fish to swim around. :)
