Doesing Kalk and Baked Backing soda

For an ultra-SPS tank maybe. :) Those numbers look good for general reef tank setup.

    What am I missing?

It will take fish time to acclimate to the new tank. Some adjust faster than others. Try giving the wrasse a small portion of food (drop it right in front of his hiding spot) and see if he comes out to grab a bite or two. If he does, then he should be good. If he does not get the food, try again...

    Dino's or something else?

Without microscopic examination it would be inconclusive. But I have seen a lot of dino's in my years, so I am going with a 95% probability that they are nuisance/toxic dinoflagellates. It might have come in via new livestock/live rock that was introduced to the tank. They grow (congregate)...

Kalk and soda ash are both in your top off water mixed in a solution?

    What am I missing?

You said you used fully cured live rock. There must have been enough surviving bacteria in there that processed the ammonia and nitrites so they barely registered on the tests. The standard Ammonia>Nitrite>Nitrate progression usually occurs when cycling a new tank with all dry rocks/sand. When...

    Chemi Pure

    1. Carbon dosing without a skimmer is a no-no. A skimmer is an absolute must! 2. Nite-Out is a seed bacteria culture that is used to introduce nitrifying bacteria into a new tank. There is no need to be continuously dosing this. Doing so it could end up destabilizing the already established...

    Marinne's 65G LPS tank

What is the current pH of your tank? You could try limewater/kalkwasser dosing. If done slowly (over several days), you can raise the pH along with maintaining Ca/Alk. Slow/consistent dosing with this method also provides a more regulated pH compared to just adding pH additives intermittently.

    Overflow flow to sump fluctuations

Significant air pockets forming on the top of the U-tube usually indicates inadequate water flow through the overflow and through the tube. With adequate flow, all those bubbles would have been dragged down and out the tube.

    Overflow flow to sump fluctuations

I suggest replacing the tee with a Y splitter and put ball valves on each of the two split lines. This way you can control how much water flows through each line. Just make sure you DO NOT CLOSE BOTH valves.

    Salt creep eliminator

It is a cleaner/protectant. Think Armor-All for non submerged reef tank related hardware. You could probably buy a gallon of 5% vinegar for the price of a small bottle of that.

    Overflow flow to sump fluctuations

Do you have one overflow and the overflow pipe is split to go to the two ends of the sump? Or do you have two separate overflow boxes/U-Tubes?

    Elevated PH while cycling

The aquarium's pH (and other parameters) can be erratic during cycling. Which is why we do not want to cycle with live fish. What salt mix are you using? Some brands have high KH values and since your tank has no skeletogenesis demand yet, there is no depletion of calcium and bicarbonates. It...

    Something on side of shrimp???

It looks like one of those parasitic isopods. Nasty little buggers, they get inside the exoskeleton and during molting they migrate under the new layer of soft exoskeleton so they don't get shed off when the host molts.

    dosing Kalk

With kalk you do not want large doses at any single time because of the pH spike. So it depends on how much your ATO is pumping into the system during a single run. 1/4 gallon of limewater would be too much as a single dose. If your ATO intervals are sporadic, or if evaporation is not fast...
